Neuro-sensitive coaching is for those who want to develop integrative strategies that allow them to enjoy the attributes of their unique neurotype, alleviate anxiety, articulate stressors, and develop relevant adaptions. Sherene R. Cauley is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, social wellbeing educator, and the founder of The Nurtured Life. She provides wellness coaching services for clients across the world and hosts numerous programs on attuning to our inner and outer realities to build supportive, sustainable lifestyles. She has over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families find wellbeing according to their neuro- type and sensory sensitivities. As a multiply neurodivergent person herself, Sherene combines her knowledge in health coaching, peace studies, and wisdom traditions with her decades of experience as an educator to offer coaching that allows people to build a layered approach to adaptions so they can resiliently navigate barriers.

Sherene is a Doctoral student researching approaches to social transformation and a mother and step-mother of four children ages 29-12. She lives on the coast of Maine with her
husband and several of her children.
