Looking for an anchor and a compass in the chaos? Spiritual care is vital for resilience and clarity as we navigate the struggles, joys, and risk of being alive. We are navigating a lot of struggles personally and collectively right now. Stress, confusion, and grief are healthful responses to the political, social, and ecological conflicts of our time.

Our responsibility

The poly-conflicts of our times are our responsibility. And, we are lucky for that- because it means we have influence on the future. To be the people we want to be and to bring about a future of wellbeing requires tending the fires of love, courage, and persistence within us. How we move through these present times will have a profound effect on the future of this world. As future-tenders, we must also tend and nurture ourselves on this path.

Spiritual care is an essential component of maintaining and sustaining ourselves into the world we are wishing into existence.

A sense of connection is vital for us to thrive

Developing tools for maintaining connection and staying connected to self, each other, Earth, and our sense of the divine- these are essential aspects of resilience. These connections and a sense of the divine are different for everyone.

What is Spiritual Care Coaching?

Spiritual care coaching does not tell you what to do, how to act, or what to believe. It is a process for supporting your own spiritual development and strengthening your moral courage. Coaches do not give advice. Coaches use deep listening skills, authentic curiosity, unconditional positive regard, and illuminating questions to guide clients towards clarity and action. In these spiritual care sessions we will explore your areas of concern and craft plans, practices, or supports to maintain your overall wellbeing amidst the demands of life.

"The bonds between self, community, Earth, and the divine are protective and essential to organic wellbeing in all elements of life."
