The stress of our ecological, economic, social, and political future weighs heavily on many of us. The future calls to us to change and to change now. Those changes require patience, perseverance, and practice. Regulating our nervous system while still feeling and processing what is happening will help foster functional peace for conflict resolution within ourselves and our community. Forward-thinking healthy behaviors help us to navigate stress and difficulties ahead.  Mind and body preparation is key to our evolution.
